From fiscal 2017 to 2022, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) formulated a management plan that is reviewed and updated annually ("Rolling Plan").
To formulate a plan in the face of dramatic changes in the business environment, the Company first devised a vision for MOL Group, along with long-term management directions, and then drafted its business strategies to realize this vision. Under this plan, we concentrated resources to selected business fields to improve our financial position and transform our business portfolio.
